Nominations and Elections Gives Update

The Nominations and Elections Committee annually prepares a slate of candidates for offices in KACRAO, which is presented to the membership at the business meeting.

Although the work of the committee does not begin in earnest until February or March, Rodney Frey is making two requests of KACRAO members. First, please consider serving on the committee. There are still openings on the committee for members. Ideally each type of institution would be represented: private, public, two-year, four-year. Call or e-mail me if you wish to volunteer to serve on the committee at (316) 283-2500 or rodfrey@bethelks.edu.

Second, begin thinking about persons to nominate to serve as officers next year. Although the annual meeting is months away, the process for selecting a slate of candidates will begin early this year.
